Employees may refuse to handle unknown substances
Mixing of chemicals is strictly prohibited
Strong industrial or toxic chemicals must be removed before service

We may refuse service if chemical exposure risk is present.

5. BIOHAZARDS & UNSAFE ENVIRONMENTS

Glowing Cleaning Services does NOT handle biohazard cleaning, including:

Human or animal waste in large quantities
Mold infestations beyond surface-level cleaning
Blood or bodily fluids
Severe pest infestations
Decomposition or hazardous biological material

If such conditions are found, service will be immediately stopped or declined.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are required to:

Provide a safe and accessible environment
Disclose known hazards before service begins
Secure weapons, valuables, or dangerous items
Remove illegal substances or unsafe materials
Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are functioning

Failure to disclose hazards may result in service cancellation without refund.

7. EMPLOYEE SAFETY RIGHTS

Our employees have the right to:

Work in safe environments free of threats or hazards
Refuse tasks that pose risk to health or safety
Leave a property if they feel unsafe
Report unsafe conditions without retaliation

We are not liable for injuries caused by unsafe environments not disclosed by the client
We are not responsible for pre-existing hazards or structural issues
Clients assume responsibility for unsafe conditions on their property
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
